Small Group PT - Far more effective than classes, and much cheaper than 1to1 PT. You can jump in as a new client, or join after completing a 1to1 package.

If you have major injuries (more than just niggly aches or dysfuction), there might not be enough coaching time with other clients there, so 1:1 PT is more suitable.

Prehab drills for smaller twinges and pains to do at home, or nutrition and supplement advice, can be shared in videos or messages to save time in-session.

To effectively periodise training at scale, we aim to have everyone starting a training block (8 weeks) at roughly the same time.

Sessions are booked for same 1 hour timeslots each week to organise the group (max. 4 clients), so there isn't the flexibility in timing of 1:1 (though we'll try to accommodate where possible).

With less time in sessions to chat to Henry, new clients need to either answer some questions (e.g goals, previous injuries etc.) beforehand by email, or book to come by for a free consultation (in person, or call).
